1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the AI Nexus website and business platform operated by Alfa Vanguard s. r. o., Company ID 57 471 428. The platform is intended for authorised internal business users managing accounts owned or controlled by their organisation.
2. Authorised use
Users may access the platform only with permission from AI Nexus and their organisation. Users must provide accurate information, keep their access secure and use only accounts for which valid platform authorisation has been granted.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not use AI Nexus to access unauthorised accounts, share credentials, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, manipulate engagement, evade platform safeguards, introduce malicious code or breach third-party platform rules.
4. Content responsibility
The user’s organisation remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of content submitted for publishing. AI Nexus does not acquire ownership of customer content.
5. Third-party platforms
Connected services, including social media platforms, are governed by their own terms, policies, availability and technical restrictions. AI Nexus does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to their APIs or services.
AI Nexus uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube integration, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual property
The AI Nexus software, website, design, documentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No right is granted except the limited right to use the service as expressly authorised.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform secure and available but may perform maintenance, change functionality or suspend access where reasonably required for security, compliance or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that cannot be expressly verified. AI Nexus is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, rejected content, account actions or indirect losses arising from external services.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, unauthorised use, breach of these terms or failure to maintain required third-party authorisations. Users may request termination and deletion through the contact address below.
10. Governing law and contact
