Privacy control

Data deletion &
access revocation.

You remain in control of every account connected to AI Nexus. Use the steps below to revoke platform access, request deletion of data held by AI Nexus, or do both.

Revoke TikTok access

Open TikTok and remove AI Nexus from the connected apps or app permissions area in TikTok’s settings. Menu labels may vary by app version. Revocation stops AI Nexus from making future authorised API requests for that TikTok account.

Disconnect Instagram / Facebook or request Meta data deletion

In Social Accounts, choose Disconnect for the Instagram account. AI Nexus removes its stored access token and cancels pending publications. You can also remove AI Nexus from Instagram’s Apps and websites settings; menu labels can vary.

For Facebook, open Social Accounts → Facebook Pages. Disconnect Page removes that Page’s token locally; Disconnect login revokes the Facebook login and disconnects all Pages associated with it. You can also remove AI Nexus in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings. Removing the login cancels pending publications.

When Meta sends a verified data deletion request, AI Nexus deletes the affected Instagram account or Facebook login and its connected Pages, tokens, publishing records, collected insights and associated error history. Temporary delivery copies of videos are removed before the confirmation page reports completion. Meta receives a confirmation code and a private status link.

Disconnecting alone retains publishing history. Deletion does not remove posts already published on Instagram / Facebook or original videos you separately uploaded to your Nexus library. Use the email option below for a wider workspace deletion request.

Disconnect YouTube and revoke Google access

Open Social Accounts → YouTube and choose Disconnect. This removes stored OAuth tokens and collected video analytics and stops pending uploads. You can also revoke access through Google account connections. If Google does not confirm revocation, Nexus will ask you to complete that step there.

Disconnecting does not delete videos on YouTube, original videos in your Nexus library, or locally prepared publishing records. Request complete removal of remaining records through the email process below. Delete YouTube-hosted videos through YouTube Studio.

Request deletion from AI Nexus

Email tiktok@ainexus.sk from the business email associated with your AI Nexus access. Use the subject AI Nexus data deletion request and identify the workspace or connected account concerned.

Verification and completion

We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester is authorised to act for the relevant workspace or account. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and confirm when the request has been completed.

Submit a deletion request

This email route is available even if you can no longer access the AI Nexus platform.

Email deletion request

What a verified deletion request covers

  • connected-account identifiers and the link between the account and AI Nexus;
  • stored access and refresh credentials associated with that connection;
  • content drafts, publishing instructions and operational data held in the relevant workspace;
  • personal data derived from authorised platform APIs, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Revoking access through TikTok and requesting deletion from AI Nexus are separate controls. For complete removal, users may choose to perform both actions.
