1. Who we are
AI Nexus is a business technology platform operated by Alfa Vanguard s. r. o., Company ID 57 471 428, with its registered office at Madridská 2850/1, 040 13 Košice – mestská časť Ťahanovce, Slovak Republic. Questions about this policy or personal data can be sent to tiktok@ainexus.sk.
2. Information we process
Depending on the services used and the permissions granted, we may process:
- business contact information and authorised user account details;
- social platform account identifiers, profile information and authorisation tokens;
- content, captions, publishing instructions, publishing status and related metadata;
- account-level performance information made available through authorised platform APIs;
- technical, security and audit logs needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We process information only to provide requested platform functionality, authenticate users and accounts, prepare and publish approved content, display operational status and insights, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable law.
For connected Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages, AI Nexus stores account identifiers, profile information, granted permissions and encrypted access tokens. Facebook connections also include the authorising user identifier and Page tasks. Only Pages selected by the administrator are connected. It uses these to publish videos approved or scheduled by the administrator and to collect available Reel performance metrics. Historical metrics remain separate from the video editing pipeline; this integration does not automatically change AI clipping decisions.
Meta retrieves selected videos using temporary signed links to separate Cloudflare R2 delivery copies. Disconnecting an account removes its token and cancels pending publications. YouTube API Services and Google account data
AI Nexus uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's authorisation, we access the selected channel's identifier, name, video metadata, view and engagement counts, watch-time statistics and subscriber statistics. Encrypted access and refresh tokens allow scheduled updates and user-approved uploads from the Nexus media library. We do not request or store Google account passwords.
These data are displayed to authorised workspace administrators for channel management and reporting. User-selected video files and publishing instructions are sent to YouTube when publishing is enabled and approved. Google data are not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Hosting and storage providers process data only to operate these features. Browser session cookies maintain secure administrator access.
Use of Google data is limited to the requested features. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke AI Nexus access in Google account connections. In Social Accounts → YouTube, disconnecting clears active tokens and collected video analytics and cancels pending uploads. This does not delete videos already stored on YouTube or original source videos in your Nexus library. Locally prepared upload records and the channel binding are retained until a workspace deletion request.
Video metadata and metrics are periodically refreshed; unrefreshed video records are removed after 30 days. To request removal of remaining channel-related records, contact tiktok@ainexus.sk using the process on our data deletion page.
4. Legal bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be transmitted to social platforms at the user’s direction and processed by carefully selected hosting, infrastructure and security providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, security and integrity.
6. Data retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, for account security, or to meet legal obligations. Authorised platform access may be revoked by the account owner. 7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transport, restricted credentials and operational logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Service providers and connected social platforms may process information outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal transfer safeguards are used.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of their personal data, and to data portability. Individuals may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
10. Children
AI Nexus is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the platform.
11. Changes and contact
